Coordinated Optimization of Emergency Power Vehicles and Distribution Network Reconfiguration Considering the Uncertain Restoration Capability of E-Taxis

Network reconfiguration and emergency power vehicles (EPVs) dispatching are widely used in distribution networks for load restoration. However, their capabilities limited by the allocated amounts of circuit breakers EPVs. E-taxis can also participate restoration as a kind mobile energy storage using vehicle to grid (V2G) technology. uncertainty should be considered To achieve better effectiveness fully utilize capability network reconfiguration, EPVs E-taxis, this article proposes coordinated optimization method considering uncertain discharging stations with E-taxis. A joint probability function is established based on Gaussian mixture model describe station correlation user rationality, taxi state-of-charge, transportation status. Then, bilevel programming embedded chance constraint developed optimize dynamic scheme EPV dispatching, consideration mobility during Simulations studies performed verify proposed method.
